1. OCCUPANCY The apartment is let for a maximum of 6 people, children and infants included. Any undeclared extra guest may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund. Subletting and transferring the stay are not permitted. 2. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE Check-in from 5 pm on Saturday, check-out before 10 am the following Saturday. The apartment has a keypad lock: the code is emailed 48 hours before arrival. It is personal and valid for the duration of your stay only. Les Clés Blanches handle the welcome on site. 3. QUIET AND NEIGHBOURS The apartment is in a residential building. Quiet is expected at all times, and particularly between 10 pm and 8 am. Parties and noisy gatherings are not permitted. 4. SMOKING AND PETS The apartment is entirely non-smoking, balcony included. Pets are not accepted, whatever their size. 5. CARE DURING THE STAY Guests are asked to look after the apartment and its contents. Please sort your waste, do not move the furniture, do not fix anything to the walls, and do not dry ski gear on the radiators. 6. SKIS AND EQUIPMENT Skis, snowboards, boots and sledges belong in the ski locker provided, never in the apartment. 7. LINEN AND CLEANING Neither linen nor cleaning is included in the rental price. Both are offered as options when booking, and can be added later from your personal page. 8. INVENTORY AND SECURITY DEPOSIT A card imprint serving as a security deposit is held for the duration of the stay. No amount is charged. Should damage, breakage, insufficient cleaning or a missing item be found after departure, the corresponding amount is taken, with supporting evidence, up to the value of the deposit. Anything found on arrival must be reported within 24 hours. 9. DEPARTURE The apartment is left tidy: washing-up done and put away, fridge emptied, bins taken out, furniture back in place. The cleaning option, if taken, covers neither tidying nor washing-up. 10. SAFETY Barbecues, plancha grills, candles, incense and any open flame are prohibited inside and on the balcony. Never leave cooking unattended. In an emergency: 112. 11. INSURANCE Guests must hold holiday public liability insurance. The owner accepts no liability for theft, loss or damage to personal belongings. 12. ACCEPTANCE Booking implies acceptance of these rules by the guest and by all occupants. 13. CANCELLATION More than one month before arrival: the deposit is refunded, less a 1% administration fee. Less than one month before arrival: the 30% deposit is retained by the owner. Less than 15 days before arrival: the full amount of the stay is retained by the owner. The balance, 70% of the total, is due no later than one month before arrival.
